How do the freelancer, studio and agency estimates differ?

The calculator uses different multipliers for an individual developer, a web studio and an agency. These are planning assumptions, not average market prices. Compare each provider’s scope, team and terms before choosing.

How is the estimate calculated?

The model adds feature costs to a base amount for the website type, then applies design, technology and provider multipliers. Neaptide’s indicative starting prices also apply to relevant agency estimates. Hosting, subscriptions, taxes, content and ongoing support are excluded.

Can I save the estimate and request a quote?

Yes. Complete the four steps to save a PDF estimate in your chosen language. Select “Discuss with Neaptide” to open the agency’s website with your project settings and request a tailored quote.
