Example 1: a campaign page connected to a CRM
The brief assumes one landing page, custom design and CMS delivery. The development allowances cover a CRM connection and technical SEO setup. The business supplies its offer, copy, images and access to the CRM.
The model adds a $1,000 landing-page base, $700 for CRM and $400 for technical SEO. Custom design applies a factor of 1.4; CMS applies 1.0. The $2,940 freelancer scenario becomes $6,468 for a studio and $14,700 for an agency.
Before requesting a quote, clarify which form fields reach the CRM, how duplicate records are handled and what happens when submission fails. Copywriting, CRM subscription fees and campaign management remain outside this example.
Example 2: a business website with publishing and CRM
This brief combines a corporate-site base with an editorial section, CRM connection and technical SEO setup. It assumes custom design delivered through a CMS, with content supplied by the business.
The calculation is ($2,500 + $300 + $700 + $400) × 1.4 × 1.0. The result is $5,460 for a freelancer, $12,012 for a studio and $27,300 for an agency.
The proposal still needs a page inventory, editorial permissions, integration fields and revision limits. If an existing site is moving, quote migration and URL mapping separately.
How to use these examples
Open the estimate link, change the design, technology or features, then copy the resulting link or export the PDF. A provider can use that configuration as a discussion brief. Ask them to replace assumptions with a deliverable list, exclusions, milestones and a final price.
The multipliers and supported Neaptide minimums are explained in the calculation methodology. For running costs, use the first-year budget planner.
